Who we are

Avendro is a small business based in Co. Wicklow, Ireland. We are responsible for any personal information you send through this website. You can contact us at avendro@yahoo.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, business name, email address, trade, website and anything you write in the message. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a demo if you ask for one and, if you become a client, to provide the service. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and, for clients, the contract between us. We will never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this website, and arrive in our email inbox. These providers may store data outside the EU under standard contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go anywhere are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the service and for tax purposes, usually six years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
